To improve traditional cross wind-blow from one single direction, CIQ applies new technology to guide wind-blow from all outer side to the inner side, preventing interference of outer wind force and bringing wind-blow to evenly reach each filament yarn, resulting in equal cooling time of each filament yarn required.
Under this equal cooling circumstances, CIQ device enables outcome of the filament yarn fineness, crystallization, and orientation to become even and same quality level that highly improves production defect rate.
This system uses only around 35% of the amount of the traditional cross quench, saves energy and massively increases non-defect filament yarn production, particularly for low DPF production. The suitable DPF range in our experience so far is 0.3~4.
